Terms of Service

Please note that this only applies to art commissions and that this also applies to everyone. I have put my T.O.S. everywhere I post and accept commissions so nobody is exempt.These are non-negotiable unless I have given written consent to override the rule.

General Terms

By purchasing any of the art I have created or contributed to, you are buying my intellectual property and you are automatically adhering to my terms and regulations that I put forth.I have every right to deny you of a commission.I have all rights to refuse a refund if I have started and/or finished your commission. Full refunds will be administrated if I haven't started.I will do minor changes i.e. markings to your commission, however, I will refuse major changes i.e pose changes.The references you provide must be legible. i.e. I will not accept commissions for characters who are traditionally drawn without a digital palette to colour pick from.You may repost/re-upload my work if you link back to my ToyHou.se, I refuse not to be credited for my service.Referencing my work is intolerable, making a piece off of inspiration is allowed IF you ask me beforehand.I will not accept any pressuring into finishing your commission. I will remain communicative with you throughout the entire process.I require payment first before I start your commission if you feel uncomfortable in paying first then we may arrange an upfront payment after a sketch is done.If the commission does not display your character or it was not made or paid for you, then you are in no right to repost, trace, copy, use in roleplay, and/or claim my artwork.

Design Terms

Please authorize me on ToyHou.se if you have purchased a design by me!Adopts or designs will not fully belong to you until you have paid for it in full, regardless if you've asked to claim or hold it.Do not sell the adopt for more than spent unless more paid art has been accumulated for it.If you have received my design in a trade or for free, you are not to sell it.You may change the gender, add accessories, add hair etc. just do not mod the design beyond recognition.
